If you’re looking to revamp your living room, you’ve landed just the right place. This blog post holds inspiration for a simple yet luxurious interior by Eave Interiors. We’re presenting it in the form of a 3D visualization, done by Mustafa Adel. Stay tuned for an upscale apartment that screams luxury and sophistication — despite its simplicity and neutral palette.

When it comes to contemporary style, white is a must. This kitchen incorporates it with luxurious white marble flooring and lower cabinetry. The upper part of the kitchen is a mix of beige and wooden tones; these add warmth to the otherwise stark interior. The strategic task lighting, installed under and within the cabinets, illuminates the space.

A beautiful beige color makes the ambiance of this modern bedroom inviting. In the first variation, a piece of artwork adds visual interest to the room — while keeping it closed. In the second variation, a wall covered with a window visually opens up the room. This is paired with  pendant lights, serving as accent lighting for the side table decor. Finally, the glass front cabinetry showcases its organized interior as well as stunning lighting.

We especially love the ergonomic workstation in the bedroom. It sticks to a neutral color palette. Simultaneously, it makes sure it offers functionality with a wall-mounted tabletop (saving space) and plenty of lighting solutions. The open cabinets also provide room to store books — or display a few accessories.

The living room in this space comes to life with its organic forms. The low profile sofa frees up vertical space. Simultaneously, the curved mirror and round coffee tables add a sense of movement. The entertainment complex features wooden tones, grounding the space. All of that, while the large window with translucent dressings allow natural light to enter.

The 3D rendering shows us the possibility for a differently styled living room. An upscale gray sectional provides plenty of room for seating, while the television table is more understated here to complement the overall design. We especially love the modern lighting solution and large windows allowing unfiltered light to enter. And, not to forget, the open kitchen space at the far end.

This bedroom features a subtle wallpaper — creating a statement in the space. A pendant light and table lamp flank the minimalist bed, while the area rug warms up the space. Because the room doesn’t have chairs for seating, the bench next to the bed serves the purpose.

Upscale living also needs a luxurious bathroom. Think a white marble bathroom space with glass doors partitioning the shower area. The second vision shows us how a sleek double vanity can add to the visual interest. All while providing different stations for him and her.

Finally, the closet space in this upscale city apartment is no less. It features plenty of storage space — with some cabinets featuring glass fronts. We especially love the wooden structures bringing a touch of Mother Nature.
