Architectural Flow: Surrealist Home Illustrations By Neyra

Archive

Exterior home visualisation is often the domain of photographers or architects. The segue between the external and internal spaces, and any abstract artistic interplay between them, is often left out of the puzzle. Visualiser Fer Neyra breaks these traditional boundaries with his artful pencil and watercolour sketches. Surrealist shapes are housed in unconventional geometric outlines worthy of a gallery wall. Unconventional perspectives of buildings are populated by red and orange characters, you and I, the occupants of each space. Facades are coloured for effect rather than to reflect reality. The result is an art-gauche glimpse at the buildings we inhabit in different ways, every day.
