Amazing Chao Phraya River Memorial

Archive

From the confluence of four tributaries, Ping, Wang,Yom and Naan River rises the Chao Phraya River in Thailand. With water being green on one side and red on the other, the river carries with itself historical significance and touristic phenomenons that have great potential. To tap into the possibilities and expansions, the Nakorn Sawan Municipality has launched this landmark to commemorate the significance of the waters. Though this area has been abandoned for quite a while now, resurrection is underway with the construction of this memorial by Fars Studio who won the National Design Competition for the same. The museum is being built at the tip of the island which makes it possible for one to see a different color on each side and the convergence on the tip. Take a look.
