The K&K Apartment—a project by Daria Babii—captures the modern minimalist design in a way that will make you fall in love. The dimly lit ambiance adds intrigue, while the soft furnishings make sure it stays cozy. And, despite the limited square footage, the apartment factors in a whole lot of luxury.

Psst. Luxury doesn’t need to be loud! As you step inside this apartment, the calm and clarity that will envelop you will show just how quiet luxury can be.

As you enter the open living, kitchen, and dining area, you will feel this warmth surrounding you. A comfy sofa that sits low with the floor is paired with an interesting globe lamp and coffee table books. The dining area features dark wood, adding intimacy to the space. Simultaneously, the sleek, light-toned cabinetry in the kitchen brightens up the space. We love how the designer didn’t use any hardware—keeping the look from feeling cluttered.

A special mention for this luxurious reading nook featuring a comfy chair set and strategic lamp. The marble bookshelf creates a design statement. This is further enhanced by the use of light, adding visual intrigue. Some books and wine glasses hold decorative presence in this space.

A modern minimalist bedroom this is! A comfy bed is paired with a nightstand and rotatable lamp. Behind the bed, glass-front cabinetry makes a design statement—showcasing the possessions of the residents when the lights are switched on. Finally, the large window ensures natural light can enter during the day. Finally, a large, open dressing room provides ample space for changing sessions.

This bathroom remains minimal as interesting features add luxury. The freestanding bathtub, double vanity, and luxe marble tiles make sure the space is as opulent as simple. We also have to give credit to the interesting layered lighting.

This bedroom is largely Scandi-style, especially with its muted color palette and plush textures. One wall is covered in sleek cabinetry, while a small work desk in front of the window lets residents get productive. The translucent window treatments are a trick to letting natural light fill up the compact space!
