Bright colors are nothing to be afraid of. There is no reason to confine the most vibrant yellows or furious fuschias to the garden. In the hands of the right team, splashes of the brightest parts of the spectrum can be modern, sophisticated, and downright chic. The three interiors featured in this post, each from the visualizers at Kuten Studio don't focus on electric colors, but use them as an integral and interesting piece of a larger design. You could not accuse any of these interiors of being boring, nor of feeling cartoonish as these palettes have a danger of becoming. Let's look inside.
In the first space, a clean modern design takes a bit of a whimsical turn as you move further into the home. The main living area is quite sleek with neutral grays and long low lines. Still, splashes of those electric colors are evident in a bold yellow chair and vibrant wall art.
Perhaps the first wink of whimsy comes with this oversized horse lamp. Clearly this home has a sense of humor.
Of course, a child's room is the perfect canvas for a bit more color, as evidenced by these almost but not quite primary colored wall units.
The next home is even more modern and cool, using cool whites with grays and blacks to create a retro mod feel. The electric yellow chair - in the same shape and style as the sofa - is quite an accent piece in this sleek living room.
Again, kids rooms give the opportunity for even more color, here with yellow and turquoise playing off of each other in the form of pint sized furniture.
The final space uses a neutral mustard sofa against a wood backdrop for its impact. It's certainly more subdued that the other spaces, immediately giving off the impression that this is an adult home. While a bit of yellow and gold manages to creep in at the edges of the home, the overall neutral palette is rather zen.
