Described as a light sense of fashion house, by designers Artenid, this home was based around the best use of natural light, which determined the best indoor plane configuration for the living space. The modern dwelling includes an entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen, a multi-purpose den girls room, and a large master bedroom with balcony.
White marble was used generously throughout the scheme to help the light coming in through the large Low-E glass windows to bounce deeper into the interior.
An outdoor balcony runs the length of the living area, and the view through the seven meter wide floor to ceiling glazing can be also be enjoyed from the adjacent kitchen that faces outwards for entertaining. An ultra long electric roller canopy with transparent white grill, to allow light to flow through, was imported from Germany especially for the project.
An archway of amber mirror reflects the glow of the kitchen island pendants, doubling their sparkle and giving a luxurious restaurant ambiance.
Sheer window voiles have been issued throughout the place to achieve privacy during day hours, without causing dullness.
Solid wood flooring has been installed in the serene bedroom schemes, decked out in walls of calming cream.
